Any Aranyani bag can be returned unworn, in the original packaging with all tags, labels and cards intact, if there is a production defect. You are required to inform us of the defect(s) with photographic evidence within 48 hours from the date of delivery. After the return is approved by Aranyani, you will be given an option to process either a replacement or a refund.

A full refund will be credited to your account or replacement dispatched upon receipt of the bag along with the original receipt of purchase. Refunds are subject to the approval of the sales team. Personalized/customized items cannot be returned.

  1. Register the return: Register your return by contacting the Customer Support by mailing at [email protected].
  2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
  3. Put the new address label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.

  2. Aranyani handbags are handcrafted using Indian heritage artistry. Therefore, each bag is bespoke and one of a kind. Small differences between handbags is characteristic of the production process and does not undermine the quality of the product. We therefore decline all responsibility for any complaints relating to these characteristics
