Returns

Any Aranyani bag can be returned unworn, in the original packaging, if there is a production defect, within 3 business days from the date of delivery, along with the original receipt of purchase. A full refund will be credited to your account upon receipt of the bag (duty fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.) Refunds are subject to the approval of the sales team. Personalized items cannot be returned.

  1. Register the return: Register your return by contacting the Customer Support by mailing at service@aranyani.com.
  2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
  3. Put the new address label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.

Note: The delivery details for the new address label would be provided by the Customer Support.

  1. Deliver your package: Once the package is ready and secure to ship, deliver it to the new address label provided by the Customer Support.
  2. Your item may be returned for full refund to our online store within 48 hours of the original delivery date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. The returns would be acceptable only in the case of manufacturing defects.
  3. After the return is approved by Aranyani, you will be given an option to process either a replacement or a refund.
  4. Aranyani inform its customers the use of artisan techniques for our handbags, made almost entirely by hand. Therefore, any small inaccuracies or lack of homogeneity are characteristic of the production process and do not undermine the quality of the product. We therefore decline all responsibility for any complaints relating to the characteristics described above.
